We carry out a « first 3 months » review by exchanging feedback with you and with the candidate.

This guarantee is under the following conditions:

  • We have been kept informed of the evolution and integration of the candidate and have been given the authorization and possibility to intervene in a coaching/guidance process
  • There has been no major change to the job description
  • The possible lay-off is not the result of a global restructuration
