New Business Director (m/f) / Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic vision and plan for the Belgian market


• Lead and develop the New Business team to execute the plan and meet yearly targets


• Develop relationships with key customers, prospects and partners


• Work with the other managers (Operations, Billing, Finance) to deliver the services


• You will report to the General Manager of Belgium and be part of the management team

 

Profile:

• Master degree in Business Management or Engineering


• 10+ years of proven experience as Sales Manager or Business Unit Manager in B2B environment


• Strong business acumen and proven track record of creating business opportunities and achieving goals


• Experience, understanding and personal network in the field of HVAC


• Fluent in Dutch, French and English


• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead, coach, develop and inspire others while ensuring that the goals and objectives are met


• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and cross culturally


• Strong problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to take on new projects and responsibilities with minimal guidance and to understand key drivers/ trends of the business


• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with passion for results


• Reliable, flexible and stress resistant personality with a high level of energy
