Executive Search Consultant / Partner for Brussels

In this role, your main responsibilities will be :

• Developing relationships with senior executives, human resource decision makers and other stakeholders across the business to determine short and long-term executive hiring needs within their organisation


• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients in 1 or 2 business sectors


• Represent Platinium Executive Search at various Public Relation activities on the market place


• Effectively managing candidates  and clients expectations  through the whole search process identifying critical drivers and overcoming objections where appropriate


• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates in the diverse business areas


• Actively contributing to Platinium’s development through your specific recruitment approach and your innovative ideas in the human resources business

Profile :

• Master degree is required


• Trilingual Dutch/French/English


• Entrepreneurial, dynamic, ambitious and motivated individual


• Large professional experience  ideally  including some executive search experience.


• Must have strong relationship management experience, including the ability to influence senior executives as well as exceptional selling, negotiation and closing skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Willingness to focus and specialize on some business sectors


• Strong skills in discernment; able to evaluate intellectual depth and problem-solving ability of candidates


• Able to cope with pressure but always keeping your smile and sense of humor
