Your mission

As HR Business Partner, you will report to the HR Director and have the responsibility of 1 person.

You will be the partner for the managers and employees for an extended range of topics:

-          Recruitment

-          Retention of talent & employee engagement

-          Talent review & performance management

-          Competence development

-          Training program

-          Onboarding process

-          Employer branding

-          Social & legal regulations

 

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to develop an efficient HR organization employees centric around all topics (recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of talent)

  • Be a real partner and a support for the business

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

  • Increase the engagement and competencies of employees and managers

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs

  • Manage talent reviews

  • Ensure an effective communication regarding employee and manager questions

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention

  • Analyze trends and metrics, provide HR policy guidance and suggest new HR strategies

  • Ensure legal and social knowledge

  • Work in collaboration with the 2 other HR Business Partners of the plants on transversal projects

  • Develop the employer branding to attract new talents


 

The ideal candidate should have

  • Master’s degree

  • A significant experience of minimum 4-5 years in a HR role, and experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Labor Relations experience and / or exposure to grievances, arbitration and negotiations is required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: strong relationship and communication skills (internally and externally), negotiation skills, ability to take decisions and to embrace constructive debates

  • Be inspiring, motivating and engaging

  • Result driven

  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

  • Good professional maturity

  • Open minded and curious attitude

  • Language : FR or NL and fluency in spoken and written English
