Key Account Manager NL/FR
For our client, a French company manufacturing and commercializing long product ranges for the retail, we are looking for a Key Account Manager NL/FR.

- Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you contribute to the commercial performances and the development projects of the brands within a defined geographical area: Belgium with a strong focus Flanders and The Netherlands
- You are responsible for further building the relationship and establishing a long term business with existing customers and conquer new customers.
- As a real brand ambassador, you communicate and train Field Managers and Sales Promoters on a regular basis
- You lead business negotiations and ensure that the terms of contracts are respected
- You optimize the presence of our client's products according to references
- You analyze the potential of new accounts and prospect actively. You implement strategic development plans as defined by the Sales Director
- You analyze and communicate the information about competition and the market
- You ensure an in-depth follow up of all clients : collection appointment, sales analysis, assortment and merchandising recommendations, sales offers, delivery and restocking follow-up
- You promote our client's brands according to the marketing strategy and new product launches
- You participate into professional fairs in the retail sector
Profile:
- Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing management and have 5 years of experience in a similar position with long product ranges in the retail
- You are a true hunter
- You are bilingual Dutch / French
- You have strong negotiation and organizational skills
- You are a very good communicator
- You are business driven
- As a team player, you are expected to work very autonomously
- Target driven and solution oriented: proactive and pragmatic / open attitude towards change
